The Institute has a dispensary on campus to meet the immediate medical requirements of the students round the clock.In this dispensary,the consulation is also provided to the members of faculty/staff residing on campus. A visiting physician heads the dispensary and other sporting staff is a pharmacist,a female dresser and a laboratory technician. In case of medical emergency the ambulance service is available 24 hours for taking patient to other hospitals for specialized treatment. At the time of registration,newly admitted under graduate and postgraduate students are required to submit fitness certificate on the prescribed format from a registered medical practitioner.

The campus has got a Post office, a Bank (State Bank of Patiala) and three canteens.
