ABOUT NITJ

Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was established in the year 1987 as Regional Engineering College and was given the status of National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) by the Government of India on October 17, 2002 under the aegis of Ministry of Education, New Delhi. Now the Ministry of Education, Government of India has declared the Institute as “Institute of National Importance” under the act of Parliament-2007.

The Institute is named after Bharat Ratan Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, founder of Indian Constitution. This institute is having 16 departments, which offer professional education at graduate, post graduate and doctorate level of study. Institute is spread over the area of 154 Acre and has rich infrastructure catering the needs to provide a remarkable academics excellence, lucrative job offers from the top MNCs and well equipped laboratories drawing layout of best research facilities.

ABOUT ICIEM-2022

Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, is going to organise an “International Conference on Innovations in Engineering and Management ” (ICIEM — 2022) from 27th - 29th January, 2022 at Goa, India. Engineering and Management is necessary for accelerating the pace of modernisation of society and to withstand the wind of globalisation. This conference is aimed to provide a platform, to glimpse the various advancements in the field of Engineering and Management overviewing the various developments leading to a new pathway in this field. It provides a platform to the scholars, scientists, engineers and students from universities and indus- tries all over the world to present the ongoing research activities, and hence to foster further research relationships between universities and industries.

THEME

This conference is with the notion to synchronise the various advancements, upliftment's which are parented in the field of engineering and management. This conference integrates the knowledge, findings and research interest of various field experts coming from various interdisciplinary areas under the aegis of implications to benefit society and industry.

ICIEM—2022 will be a pathways for various researchers, who can sharpen their skills and can refine their ideas by meeting with peers and their counterparts. Interactions with the experts and high level delegates belonging to field of Engineering and Management can evolve as event of sharing ideas related to research findings, various field advancements, tools and techniques, which can lead to new horizons.

This event will also serve as an excellent international forum for sharing expertise and results on recent challenges in engineering technology. The goal of the conference is to provide a stage for scientists and practitioners from academia and industry to address issues with development in the field. Hence, sound research studies/findings having relevance with the field of engineering and management are welcomed for ICIEM-2022 and presented papers will be forwarded to our publications partners for accomplishment of publication task.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

ICIEM – 2022 invites original research papers from students, teachers, scientists and researchers in academia and industry to be presented in the conference. The conference shall provide a platform to all for sharing their research findings in the field of Engineering and Management.

The presenters should submit a full length manuscript with Times New Roman, 12 point fonts, having min- imum 10 pages in Windows-based Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) document through the following

The paper shall be reviewed by a peer committee. Selected manuscripts will be accepted for oral presentation. After the acceptance of the paper, the authors are required to register themselves within dates, as mentioned in this brochure. All the templates and detailed guidelines are available at website: https://www.nitj.ac.in/iciem2020.

Publication

Selected papers will be published in the SCI / SCOPUS/ ABDC indexed Journals of repute/ book chapters in the renowned book series.

REGISTRATION

At least one author of each accepted paper must register by January 10, 2022 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Student registrations are only acceptable if first author of the paper is a full-time student at an Institution.
