A. For Bonafide students.
Submit copy of your DMC/Grade Card duly attested by Academics Section along with fee of Rs.50 for master copy and Rs.10 for each additional copy to the Deputy Registrar(Academics)

B. For getting Transcript by post in India.
Send request with complete address: roll no,branch and year of graduation and a Demand Draft payable to Registrar NIT- Jalandhar along with a fee of Rs 500/- for upto 10 copies and postal charges of Rs 50/- to the Deputy Registrar(Academics).

C. For getting Transcript abroad.
Send request with complete address,roll no,branch and year of graduation and a Demand draft payable to Registrar NIT-Jalandhar at Jalandhar of US$20 for upto ten copies of the Transcript and postal charges US$2 to the Deputy Registrar(Academics).

NOTE :-
1. The students who have passed their B Tech degree from Guru Nanak Dev Univesity, Amritsar and Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar are advised to approach the concerned University to obtain the transcripts.

2. The students who have passed their B Tech degree from Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar are advised to approach NIT, Jalandhar alongwith required fee and attested copies of all DMCs to obtain the transcripts.
