Jalandhar is also considered a hub for education as many professional institutions are situated in the city. “Pushpa Gujral Science City” situated on Jalandhar-Kapurthala Road is one of the major tourist attractions of the city. It has a very live atmosphere, typical to whole of Punjab. It is situated at a distance of 146 km from Chandigarh and is at a distance of 350 km from New Delhi. Nearest international airport is at Amritsar at a distance of 90 km. Other airports in the vicinity are at Chandigarh and New Delhi.
Limited accommodation (chargeable), preferably to student participants will be provided in the institute hostels on sharing basis. The details of the nearby hotels in the city will be provided to other delegates who are interested to avail the accommodation facility. If available, the accommodation to delegates in the institute guest house may be provided on actual payment basis.
