Student Grievances Cell

The Student’s Grievance Cell (SGC) desires to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. The Cell enables a student to express feelings by initiating and pursuing the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Institute. ‘Student’s Grievance Cell’ enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner. Emphasis on procedural fairness has been given with a view to “the right to be heard and right to be treated without bias”

Functions of Students Grievance Cell

Issues not to be entertained by SGC

Students are expected to approach the grievance cell only if they have exhausted all the normal channels such a Warden/Chief Warden/Dean/HOD/Section Head etc. and still feel that their problem is very genuine, and it can be sorted out within the existing rules/framework of the institute. Please keep it in mind that you don’t bring unjustified and inappropriate grievances to the grievance cell. Such grievances must be sent through email with a written request accompanied with all the relevant documents/previous communication done with routine channels etc.
