Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar (NIT Jalandhar) is a leading premier autonomous Institution (under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi) of northern India. The Department od Biotechnology, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar came in to picture in 2007 with an aim to develop “Centre of Excellence” in Biotechnology and allied areas. The department is presently running B. Tech, M. TECH., and PhD programme with good academic records and achievements.
