Society for Progression of Instrumentation and Control Engineering (SPICE) is a society which was established in the department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE), Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar formed on December 1, 1994.
The society is continuously working for the welfare of students of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. A number of events have been organized under this society such as expert lectures from industry, workshops on robotics, career guidance & industrial tours.
We aim to excel in the field of Instrumentation and Control Engineering education, research and innovation with an interdisciplinary approach responsive to the needs of industry & sustainable development of society while emphasizing on human values and professional ethics.
To create and disseminate knowledge through research, quality education and creative inquiry.
To orient the education and research towards latest developments through close interactions with the industry, other institutions of higher learning and research organizations.
We have come a long way since last few years, but there is a long way to go, heights to reach and responsibilities to carry. This institute has germinated various seeds in the field of Instrumentation and Control.
With the launch of events under such a dedicated club, we aim to grow at an exponential pace. But as it quoted "Facts not at all matter, Perception is Everything".
