• Processing Fee to be charged by the Institute for issuing of various certificates by the Academic Branch and verification of certificates 
• Notice regarding Processing Charges for candidates who are not able to pay charges in US Dollars 
• Note: Applicants are advised not to send requests for Duplicate Degree Certificate for WES purpose. The Academic Branch shall send an attested copy of the Degree Certificate as per the Institute Charges.

• For Students admitted before 2003, Kindly provide the below details through Email Id webmaster@nitj.ac.in and we will provide you the login credentials to apply online:
  1. Roll No.
  2. Name (As per Institute records)
  3. Course
  4. Branch
  5. Admission Year
  6. Father's Name
  7. Mother's Name
  8. Scanned Copy of Degree or DMC
