Innovation Cell NIT Jalandhar is organising Short Movie Competition Chunaav-19 in the view of upcoming elections.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. The competition is open for all-dramatics clubs, professionals as well as students (schools, colleges). 
2. There is no limit to the number of members in the short movie however will be presented on the name of the team.
3. The theme for the short movie is the awareness about voting and need to aware the people regarding their right to vote.The film can be documentary, experimental, fiction, animation narrative or nonfiction.
4. The total length of the short movie should not be more than 15 minutes.
5. The participants are required to upload their short movie to google drive and share the link of the above said short movie on iic@nitj.ac.in along with complete details about the team and the casting members.
6. The shortlisted short films will be shown during the event and winners decided will be rewarded.
7. The last date for submission of entries is 21st April 2019 by 12:00 a.m.
8. The short film can be of any language or any genre. However films in language other than English, Hindi, Punjabi should have a subtitle to it.
9. The short film should not be politically biased. Such activity will lead to disqualification
